• University Commencement – The Spring 2024 Commencement Ceremonies are scheduled to take place on Saturday, May 4, 2024 in the USA Mitchell Center. Registration is required.  Please visit the university’s commencement site for more information by clicking here.

REGALIA DISTRIBUTION:

BACHELOR/MASTER/SPECIALIST/POST-GRAD CERTIFICATE CANDIDATES:

PRIORITY DISTRIBUTION ORDERS – Orders placed on or before February 26, 2024

• • • IF YOU CHOOSE IN-STORE PICK UP:  Starting Monday, March 25, 2024, at 8:00 am inside the USA Campus Bookstore.  Please bring your student ID or driver’s license with you when you come to pick up your regalia.  If you have questions related to distribution, please visit our FAQ page.
    • IF YOU CHOOSE SHIP-TO-HOME:  Your regalia order will be shipped during the week of March 20, 2024.

STANDARD DISTRIBUTION ORDERS – Orders placed after February 26, 2024, but on or before April 3, 2024

• • • IF YOU CHOOSE IN-STORE PICK UP:  Starting Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at 8:00 am inside the USA Campus Bookstore.  Please bring your student ID or driver’s license with you when you come to pick up your regalia.  If you have questions related to distribution, please visit our FAQ page.
    • IF YOU CHOOSE SHIP-TO-HOME:  Your regalia order will be shipped during the week of April 17, 2024.

IF YOU DID NOT ORDER YOUR REGALIA BY THE APRIL 3, 2024, DEADLINE:  You will need to visit/contact the USA Campus Bookstore starting April 24, 2024, to rent your regalia from a limited number of extras.  A $25 late fee will be assessed at that time.

*NOTE: DUE TO THE HIGH COST OF THE REGALIA PACKAGE, ALL DOCTORAL CANDIDATES MUST RENT THEIR REGALIA FIRST AND IT MUST BE PICKED-UP IN-PERSON AT THE USA BOOKSTORE.  YOU WILL BE GIVEN AN OPTION TO BUY-OUT YOUR RENTAL AFTER COMMENCEMENT.  ALL DOCTORAL REGALIA RENTALS ALSO INCLUDE A PRE-PAID RETURN SHIPPING LABEL AND ARE DUE BACK TO EITHER GRADUATE SUPPLY HOUSE OR THE USA BOOKSTORE BY MAY 20, 2024.  IF YOU DECIDE NOT TO USE THE PRE-PAID SHIPPING LABEL AND INSTEAD DROP YOUR REGALIA OFF INSIDE THE USA CAMPUS BOOKSTORE BY THE MAY 20, 2024, DEADLINE OR BUYOUT YOUR RENTAL – YOU WILL BE CREDITED $20 BACK TO THE ACCOUNT YOU USED TO RENT YOUR REGALIA.

STUDENT REGALIA PRICES

All student regalia orders are non-refundable purchases/rentals after the refund request deadlines listed above.    Prices below do not reflect the additional $25 late fee that will be added to orders placed after the April 3, 2024, deadline or the $20 shipping charge that will be added for SHIP-TO-HOME orders* 

• Bachelor – $57.20 (purchase – includes cap, gown, and tassel)
• Master/Specialist/Post-Grad Certificate – $107.80 (purchase – includes cap, gown, tassel, and hood)
• College of Medicine (MD and PhD) Regalia – $196.00 (rental  – includes a black keeper tam w/gold bullion tassel, rental gown, and rental hood)
• All Other Doctoral Candidates – You have a choice of the following:
  • $130.00 (rental – includes keeper cap/tassel, rental gown, rental hood, and pre-paid return label) or
  • $196.00 (rental – includes navy keeper tam w/gold bullion tassel, rental gown, rental hood, and pre-paid return label)

*The SHIP-TO-HOME option is only available for bachelor/master/specialist/post-grad certificate orders.  Doctoral regalia orders are not eligible for the SHIP-TO-HOME option due to the high replacement cost of the items being rented.
