Doctoral Rental Packages*
Doctoral Graduates have two rental options for their regalia needs.

- Rental Package with Tam: Includes a Keeper Tam w/Gold Bullion Tassel, Rental Gown, and Rental Hood.
- Rental Package with Mortarboard: Keeper Mortarboard, Keeper Tassel, Rental gown, and Rental hood.

Both package prices include a pre-paid return shipping label, late fee, and any applicable taxes. Please note: You will receive a $20 credit to the account you use below if you decide to drop your regalia off inside the USA Campus Bookstore by the March 20, 2024, deadline instead of using the return shipping label.
- Rental Package with Tam: $221.00

Please note: If you decide to drop your regalia off inside the USA Bookstore by the May 20, 2024, deadline instead of using the return shipping label - you will receive a $20 refund to the account you use below.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: You are about to RENT academic regalia from Graduate Supply House, Inc. Graduates are allowed to retain their cap/tam and tassel as souvenir items. All other items must be purchased through a special buy-out site after the ceremony or returned to either the USA Bookstore, located in the Student Center, or to Graduate Supply House, using the included pre-paid return shipping label, by May 20, 2024. Failure to buy-out/return your rented items will prevent your diploma/transcripts from being mailed, and you may be subject to penalty fees up to full replacement cost of the regalia.
