IMPORTANT DATES & INFORMATION

GRAD FEST

• Barnes & Noble @ Southern Miss will host Grad Fest for Spring 2025 degree candidates to have the convenience of taking care of all of their graduation needs at one time and place. Students may purchase and receive regalia on these days, order invitations, class rings, and visit with other campus representatives. While this event is not mandatory, students are encouraged to attend and receive their regalia early by coming to enjoy Grad Fest on the following dates:  
  • Hattiesburg Campus (Barnes & Noble): Monday, February 24, 2025, from 10:00 a.m – 5:00 p.m. and Tuesday, February 25, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • USM Gulf Park Campus (Barnes & Noble): Thursday, February 20, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. 

REGALIA

• You may keep your entire regalia package.

ONLINE ORDERING

• Commencement regalia may be ordered online starting on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, through Monday, March 31, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. CT.  A $25 late fee will apply beginning March 26, 2025, to all orders submitted up until 11:59 p.m. CT on March 31, 2025, when online ordering will close.  If you miss the March 31, 2025, extended deadline, you will need to visit the Barnes & Noble bookstore on your campus starting Tuesday, May 6, 2025, to be fitted from a limited supply of extras.  A $25 late fee will be assessed for all orders fulfilled at that time.

REFUND REQUEST DEADLINE

• Online ordering graduates may visit www.gradsupply.com/student-orders to request a refund for their Spring 2025 order by 11:59 p.m. CT on Wednesday, April 2, 2025.  After Wednesday, April 2, 2025, all regalia orders become non-refundable.

REGALIA DISTRIBUTION (Online Orders)

• IF YOU CHOSE IN-STORE PICK-UP

  • HATTIESBURG CAMPUS:  Your regalia will be available for pick-up at the Barnes & Noble at The University of Southern Mississippi – Hattiesburg Campus Bookstore on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, and Wednesday, May 7, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.  Please contact the Hattiesburg Campus Bookstore starting Tuesday, May 6, 2025, to arrange a pick-up time if you are unable to attend during the designated pick-up dates.
  • GULF PARK CAMPUS:  Your regalia will be available for pick-up at the Barnes & Noble at Southern Miss – Gulf Park Campus Bookstore on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, and Wednesday, May 7, 2025, from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.   Please contact the Gulf Park Campus Bookstore starting May 6, 2025, to arrange a pick-up time if you are unable to attend during the designated pick-up dates.

• IF YOU CHOSE SHIP-TO-HOME  

  • Your regalia order will be shipped to you during the week of April 16, 2025.   

STUDENT REGALIA PRICES

All Student Regalia orders become non-refundable purchases after the April 2, 2025, refund request deadline.  Prices below do not reflect the additional $25 late fee that will be added to orders submitted after March 25, 2025, or the $20.00 fee that will be added to SHIP-TO-HOME orders. 

• BACHELOR PACKAGE – $57.76 incl. tax (Purchase – includes cap, custom bachelor gown, and tassel)
• MASTER/SPECIALIST PACKAGE – $106.98 incl. tax (Purchase – includes cap, custom master/specialist gown, hood, and tassel)
• DOCTOR PACKAGE – $140.15 incl. tax (Purchase – includes a deluxe black tam w/gold bullion tassel and a custom doctoral gown)
