IMPORTANT DATES AND INFORMATION

REGALIA ORDERING DEADLINE – Caps and Gowns can be ordered through the link below thru

• MONDAY, MARCH 2, 2026:  For early pick-up, March 23, 2026 – March 27, 2026.
• MONDAY, MARCH 30, 2026:  For pick-up the week of graduation, April 27, 2026 – May 4, 2026.

 Please Note:  All regalia sales after the March 30, 2026, deadline will be based on limited available inventory and subject to an additional $25 late fee.  

REGALIA DISTRIBUTION – At the Auburn University Bookstore

• MARCH 23, 2026 – MARCH 27, 2026: If you order on or before March 2, 2026.
• APRIL 27, 2026 – MAY 4, 2026:  If you order after March 2, 2026, but on or before the March 30, 2026 deadline.
• IF YOU DID NOT ORDER BEFORE THE MARCH 30, 2026, DEADLINE:  You may visit the Auburn University Bookstore starting April 27, 2025, to purchase your regalia.  All regalia sales during this time will be based on limited available inventory and subject to an additional $25 late fee.

Please bring your receipt or photo ID to pick up your regalia order.  If you provide only a photo ID, and we cannot find a record of your purchase, you will be required to pay the purchase price to get a cap and gown.

REGALIA GUIDELINES AND PRICING

All Regalia orders are non-refundable purchases.  Prices below do not reflect the additional $25 late fee that will be added to regalia sales after the March 30, 2026, deadline.

Bachelor Regalia:  $59.95 – includes cap, gown, tassel w/charm, and any applicable taxes

Masters Regalia:  $109.00 – includes navy cap, custom gown, tassel w/charm, custom hood, and any applicable taxes

Doctoral Regalia:  $185.30 – includes navy tam w/bullion tassel, custom doctoral gown, custom hood, and any applicable taxes
