COMMENCEMENT

• 2026 Commencement Exercises  (December 2025, May 2026, and August 2026 Graduates) will be held May 5 – May 9,  2026.  Please visit The University of Mississippi Commencement page for other pertinent information related to your ceremonies.  

DEADLINES FOR ORDERING REGALIA 

• ON-CAMPUS PICK-UP ORDERS (ALL CAMPUSES):  Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at 11:59 pm CT. 
• SHIP-TO-HOME ORDERS:
  • Monday, March 9, 2026, at 11:59 pm CT, to have your order shipped during the week of March 27, 2026.
  • After Monday, March 9, 2026, but by 11:59 pm CT on April 1, 2026, to have your order shipped during the week of April 22, 2026. 

REFUND REQUEST DEADLINE

Graduates may click here to request a cancellation and refund of their order by the dates listed below.

• • ON-CAMPUS PICK-UP ORDERS (ALL CAMPUSES):  Monday, April 6, 2026, by 11:59 pm CT.  
  • SHIP TO HOME ORDERS:
    • Orders placed on or before March 9, 2026:  Wednesday, March 11, 2026, by 11:59 pm CT
    • Orders placed after March 9, 2026, but on or before April 1, 2026:  Monday, April 6, 2026, by 11:59 pm CT

I DIDN’T ORDER MY REGALIA BY THE DEADLINE.  WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

• You will need to visit the Main Campus Regalia Distribution location (see below) during the on-campus distribution dates listed below. You will pay and be fitted from extra regalia at that time – Please note an additional $50 late fee will be charged at that time.   

REGALIA DISTRIBUTION

If you choose On-Campus Pick-up:

• • Main Campus:  Regalia distribution will take place at the Jackson Avenue Center – west side of the building (old JCPenney) during the following dates/times
    • Monday, May 4 thru Friday, May 8, 2026:  9:00 am – 6:00 pm
    • Saturday, May 9, 2026:  7:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Booneville Campus
    • Starting Monday, April 20, 2026, in the Ole Miss Booneville office in Anderson Hall Auditorium at Northeast Mississippi Community College.  Please email kimgray@olemiss.edu if you have questions about distribution.  No regalia pick-ups will be processed after 12 pm on Fridays.
  • Desoto Campus
    • Starting Monday, April 20 2026, in the University of Mississippi – Desoto Center at 5197 W E Ross Pkwy, Southaven, MS  38671.  Please email kdixon@olemiss.edu if you have questions about distribution.
  • Grenada Campus
    • Starting Monday, April 20, 2026, in the UMG Office of the Main Admin Bldg. on the HCC-Grenada Campus at 1060 Avent Drive, Grenada, MS  38901. Please note:  No regalia pick-ups will be processed on Fridays.   Please email grenada@olemiss.edu to confirm that your order is at the UMG campus and to schedule a time for pick-up.
  • Rankin Campus
    • Starting Monday, April 20, 2026, in the Graduate Supply House Main office located at 1620 N Mill Street, Jackson, MS  39202.  Please email george@gradsupply.com if you have questions about distribution.
  • Tupelo Campus
    • Starting Monday, April 20, 2026, in the University of Mississippi – Tupelo at 1918 Briar Ridge Road, Tupelo, MS  38804.  Please email akclemen@olemiss.edu if you have questions about distribution.

If you choose Ship-to-Home:

• • IF YOU ORDER BY 11:59 PM CT ON MONDAY, MARCH 9, 2026:  Your regalia package will ship during the week of March 27, 2026.
  • IF YOU ORDERED AFTER MARCH 9, 2026, BUT ON OR BEFORE THE APRIL 1, 2026, ORDERING DEADLINE:  Your regalia package will ship during the week of April 22, 2026.

REGALIA PRICES

All graduate regalia orders are non-refundable purchases after the refund request deadlines listed above.  Prices below do not reflect the additional $50 late fee that will be added to late orders fulfilled after the April 1, 2026, deadline or the $20 shipping fee added to ship-to-home orders. 

• Bachelor Package – $68.02 incl. tax (Keeper Package includes cap w/tassel, and gown)
• Master/Specialist Package – $129.58 incl. tax (Keeper Package includes cap w/tassel, gown, and hood)
• School of Law (JD) Package – $206.26 incl. tax (Keeper Package includes tam w/tassel, gown, and hood)
• All Other Doctoral Candidates – You have a choice of the following:
• Doctoral Package with Mortarboard – $145.78 incl. tax  (Keeper Package includes  cap w/tassel, gown, and hood) or
• Doctoral Package with Tam – $206.26  incl. tax (Keeper Package includes tam w/tassel, gown, and hood)
