FALL COMMENCEMENT

• The Auburn University at Montgomery Fall 2025 Commencement Ceremonies are scheduled to take place on Saturday, December 13, 2025.  Please visit the AUM Graduation site for more information by clicking here.

ONLINE ORDER DEADLINES 

BACHELOR/MASTER/SPECIALIST CANDIDATES:

• • • For In-Store Pick-up Orders at the AUM Bookstore:
      • Place Orders by Friday, October 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM CT
      • In Store Pick-up Orders may be picked up beginning Monday, November 17, 2025
    • For Ship-to-Home Orders:
      • Monday, October 13, 2025, by 11:59 pm CT to have your order shipped during the week of October 24, 2025
      • After Monday, October 13, 2025, but by 11:59 pm CT on Friday, October 31, 2025, to have your order shipped during the week of November 14, 2025

DOCTORAL CANDIDATES:

      • Orders placed on or before October 13, 2025:  Tuesday, October 14, 2025, by 11:59 pm CT
      • Orders placed after October 13, 2025, but on or before October 31, 2025:   Sunday, November 2, 2025, by 11:59 pm CT

DOCTORAL CANDIDATES:

REGALIA DISTRIBUTION 

BACHELOR/MASTER/SPECIALIST CANDIDATES:

    • Ship-to-Home Orders:
      • If you ordered on or before October 13, 2025:  Your order will ship to you during the week of October 24, 2025
      • If you ordered after October 13, 2025, but on or before October 31, 2025:  Your order will ship to you during the week of November 14, 2025

If you did not order by the October 31, 2025, deadline:  You will need to visit the AUM Bookstore beginning November 17, 2025, to be fitted from extras.

*NOTE: DUE TO THE HIGH COST OF THE REGALIA PACKAGE, ALL DOCTORAL CANDIDATES RENT THEIR REGALIA AND IT MUST BE PICKED-UP IN-PERSON AT THE AUM BOOKSTORE.  DOCTORAL GRADUATES WILL GET TO KEEP THEIR CAP, TASSEL, AND HOOD, BUT MUST RETURN THE GOWN FOLLOWING THE CEREMONY.
