SPRING COMMENCEMENT

• The Auburn University at Montgomery Spring 2023 Commencement Ceremony is scheduled to take place on Saturday, May 6, 2023.  Please visit the AUM Graduation site for more information by clicking here.

ONLINE ORDER DEADLINES 

BACHELOR/MASTER/SPECIALIST CANDIDATES:

• • • For In-Store Pick-up Orders at the AUM Bookstore:  Friday, March 24, 2023, at 11:59 PM CT
    • For Ship-to-Home Orders:
      • February 27, 2023, by 11:59 pm CT to have your order shipped during the week of March 22, 2023
      • After February 27, 2023, but by 11:59 pm CT on March 24, 2023, to have your order shipped during the week of April 12, 2023

DOCTORAL CANDIDATES:

DOCTORAL CANDIDATES:

REGALIA DISTRIBUTION 

BACHELOR/MASTER/SPECIALIST CANDIDATES:

• • • In-Store Pickup Orders:  Starting Monday, April 10, 2023, inside the AUM Bookstore
    • Ship-to-Home Orders:
      • If you ordered on or before February 27, 2023:  Your order will ship to you during the week of March 22, 2023
      • If you ordered after February 27, 2023, but on or before March 24, 2023:  Your order will ship to you during the week of April 12, 2023

If you did not order by the March 24, 2023, deadline:  You will need to visit the AUM Bookstore beginning April 10, 2023, to be fitted from extras.

*NOTE: DUE TO THE HIGH COST OF THE REGALIA PACKAGE, ALL DOCTORAL CANDIDATES RENT THEIR REGALIA AND IT MUST BE PICKED-UP IN-PERSON AT THE AUM BOOKSTORE.    DOCTORAL GRADUATES WILL GET TO KEEP THEIR CAP, TASSEL, AND HOOD, BUT MUST RETURN THE GOWN FOLLOWING THE CEREMONY.
