SPRING COMMENCEMENT

Spring Commencement is scheduled for Friday, May 1, 2026, and Saturday, May 2, 2026, at the Belhaven University Center for the Arts Building (835 Riverside Dr, Jackson, MS 39202).  Please click here to visit the Belhaven University Commencement site for further information about the date and time of your ceremony.

REGALIA

Graduates may keep all parts of their regalia package.

REGALIA ORDERING DEADLINE

Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. CT.  Please Note:  If you do not order your regalia by April 1, 2026, you will not be allowed to participate in the Spring 2026 Commencement Exercises without university approval.

REFUND REQUEST DEADLINE

Graduates may click here to request a refund prior to 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, April 5, 2026.  All regalia orders will become non-refundable after the April 5, 2026, refund request deadline.

REGALIA DISTRIBUTION

IN-STORE PICK-UP ORDERS:  Regalia distribution will begin at the Belhaven University Bookstore, on the Peachtree Street Campus in Jackson, on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, and will end on Thursday, April 30, 2026.  Pickup will be during regular bookstore hours on these days.

If you attend the Online campus and would like to receive your regalia prior to the commencement day, please select the option to have your regalia shipped to you.

If you are unable to pick up regalia during our regular pickup days, please plan to arrive at the Center for the Arts building about 15 minutes earlier than your posted arrival time to be able to receive your regalia and get dressed before lineup begins.

Please bring your receipt or a photo ID with you when you pick-up your regalia order.

SHIP-TO-HOME ORDERS:  Your regalia order will ship during the week of April 15, 2026.

REGALIA PRICES

All student regalia orders are non-refundable purchases after the April 5, 2026, refund request deadline.  Prices below do not reflect the additional $20.00 fee that will be added for SHIP-TO-HOME orders.  

• ASSOCIATE/BACHELOR PACKAGE – $62.98 before tax (Purchase – includes cap, gown, and tassel)
• MASTER/SPECIALIST PACKAGE – $119.98 before tax (Purchase – includes cap, gown, tassel, and hood)
• DOCTORAL PACKAGE – $190.98 before tax (Purchase – includes tam, gown, tassel, and hood)
