IMPORTANT DATES AND INFORMATION

REGALIA:

• Graduates may keep their entire regalia package.

EXTENDED ONLINE ORDER DEADLINE:

• Online ordering will close at 11:59 PM CT on Sunday, November 2, 2025.  After online ordering closes, students may revisit this site starting Wednesday, November 19, 2025, to purchase their regalia from a limited number of extras if they did not order by the deadline.   A $25 late fee will be assessed for all regalia sales after the November 2, 2025, extended deadline. 

REFUND REQUEST DEADLINE

• Students may visit www.gradsupply.com/student-orders to request a refund before midnight on Sunday, November 2, 2025.  After November 2, 2025, all regalia purchases are final.

FALL COMMENCEMENT:

• Commencement is scheduled to take place on Friday, December 12, 2025.   Please check  the Delta State University Commencement page for the most up-to-date information surrounding the Fall 2025 Commencement.  

REGALIA DISTRIBUTION:

• IF YOU CHOOSE IN-STORE PICK-UP:  Your regalia order will be ready for pick-up starting Wednesday, November 19, 2025, in the Jimmy R. Williams Bookstore.  
• IF YOU CHOOSE SHIP-TO-HOME:  Your regalia order will be shipped during the week of November 14, 2025.  
• IF YOU DID NOT ORDER BY THE EXTENDED NOVEMBER 2, 2025, DEADLINE:  You will need to revisit this site starting November 19, 2025, to purchase your regalia from a limited number of extras.  A $25 late fee will be assessed at that time.  

STUDENT REGALIA PRICES

All student regalia orders become non-refundable purchases after the November 2, 2025, refund request deadline.  Prices below do not reflect the additional $25 late fee that will be added to orders placed after the November 2, 2025, extended ordering deadline or the $20.00 fee that will be added to SHIP-TO-HOME orders.

• BACHELOR PACKAGE – $62.98 before tax (Purchase – includes cap, custom DSU gown, and tassel)
• MASTER/SPECIALIST PACKAGE – $119.98 before tax (Purchase – includes cap, custom DSU gown, tassel, and custom DSU hood)
• DOCTORAL PACKAGE – $190.98 before tax (Purchase – includes a tam w/ gold bullion tassel, custom DSU gown, and custom DSU hood)
