IMPORTANT DATES AND INFORMATION
REGALIA:
- Graduates may keep their entire regalia package.
ONLINE ORDER DEADLINE:
- Online ordering will close at 11:59 PM CT on Monday, April 1, 2024. After online ordering closes, students may visit the Jimmy R. Williams Bookstore starting Monday, April 29, 2024, to purchase their regalia if they did not order by the deadline. A $25 late fee will be assessed for all regalia sales after the April 1, 2024, deadline.
REFUND REQUEST DEADLINE
- Students may visit www.gradsupply.com/student-orders to request a refund before midnight on Tuesday, April 2, 2024. After April 2, 2024, all regalia purchases are final.
SPRING COMMENCEMENT:
- Commencement is scheduled to take place on Friday, May 10, 2024. Please check the Delta State University Commencement page for the most up-to-date information surrounding the Spring 2024 Commencement.
REGALIA DISTRIBUTION:
- IF YOU CHOOSE IN-STORE PICK-UP: Your regalia order will be ready for pick-up starting Monday, April 29, 2024, in the Jimmy R. Williams Bookstore.
- IF YOU CHOOSE SHIP-TO-HOME: Your regalia order will be shipped during the week of April 17, 2024.
- IF YOU DID NOT ORDER BY THE APRIL 1, 2024, DEADLINE: You will need to visit the Jimmy R. Williams Bookstore starting April 29, 2024, to purchase your regalia from a limited number of extras. A $25 late fee will be assessed at that time.
STUDENT REGALIA PRICES
All student regalia orders become non-refundable purchases after the April 2, 2024, refund request deadline. Prices below do not reflect the additional $25 late fee that will be added to orders placed after the April 1, 2024, deadline or the $20.00 fee that will be added to SHIP-TO-HOME orders.
- BACHELOR PACKAGE – $53.48 incl. tax (Purchase – includes cap, gown, and tassel)
- MASTER/SPECIALIST PACKAGE – $106.98 incl. tax (Purchase – includes cap, gown, tassel, and hood)
- DOCTOR CANDIDATES – You have the choice of the following:
- Doctoral Cap Package – $117.68 incl. tax (Purchase – includes cap, gown, hood and tassel) or
- Doctoral Tam Package – $181.88 incl. tax (Purchase – includes a black tam w/tassel, gown, and hood)
