IMPORTANT DATES AND INFORMATION

SPRING GRADUATION

• Golden Triangle Campus:  Graduation will be held in the Lyceum on the Mayhew campus Friday, May 9, 2025.
• Scooba Campus:  Graduation will be held in Keyes T. Currie Coliseum on the Scooba Campus, Saturday, May 10, 2025.

ORDERING DEADLINE 

• Ordering will close at 11:59 pm on Wednesday, April 2, 2025.

CHANGES/CANCELLATION DEADLINE 

• You must click here to contact Graduate Supply House by 11:59 pm on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, if you want to make changes or cancel your order.  After April 2, 2025, no further changes or cancellations will be allowed.  

DISTRIBUTION DATES

• Please visit the Student Union Building on your campus during the dates and times identified below to receive your regalia order.
  • • Golden Triangle Campus:  Wednesday, April 16, 2025, and Thursday, April 17, 2025, from 9 am – 12 pm and 1 pm – 4 pm at the Student Union on the Golden Triangle Campus
    • Scooba Campus:  Wednesday, April 16, 2025, and Thursday, April 17, 2025, from 9 am – 12 pm and 1 pm – 4 pm at the Student Union on the Scooba Campus
