IMPORTANT DATES AND INFORMATION

REGALIA

• ALL GRADUATES:  You may keep your entire regalia package.

DEADLINE FOR ORDERING REGALIA ONLINE

• Online ordering will close at 11:59 PM CT on Friday, April 3, 2026.  After online ordering closes, students will need to visit the JSU Campus Store starting Monday, April 27, 2026, to purchase their regalia.  An additional $25 late fee will be assessed after online ordering closes.

REFUND REQUEST DEADLINE

• Students may visit www.gradsupply.com/student-orders to request a refund before 11:59 PM CT on Sunday, April 5, 2026.  After April 5, 2026, all regalia orders are final.

COMMENCEMENT

• UNDERGRADUATE COMMENCEMENT: Undergraduate Commencement is scheduled to take place on Saturday, May 2, 2026.
• GRADUATE COMMENCEMENT:  Graduate Commencement is scheduled to take place on Friday, May 1, 2026.

REGALIA DISTRIBUTION

• IF YOU CHOOSE PICK-UP AT THE STUDENT CENTER:  Regalia distribution will take place on Monday, April 27 – Thursday, April 30, 2026, at the Student Center.  
• IF YOU CHOOSE SHIP-TO-HOME: Your regalia order will be shipped during the week of April 15, 2026.

STUDENT REGALIA PRICES

All Student Regalia orders are non-refundable purchases after the April 5, 2026, refund request deadline.  The prices below do not reflect the additional $25 late fee that will be added to orders fulfilled after the Friday, April 3, 2026, ordering deadline or the $20.00 fee that will be added to SHIP-TO-HOME orders.

• BACHELOR PACKAGE – $61.00 incl. tax (custom keeper package – includes cap/tassel and gown)
• MASTER/SPECIALIST PACKAGE – $91.00 incl. tax (custom keeper package – includes cap/tassel, gown, and hood)
• DOCTORAL PACKAGE – $160.00 incl. tax (custom keeper package – includes tam/tassel, gown, and hood)
