IMPORTANT DATES AND INFORMATION

REGALIA

• BACHELOR/MASTER/SPECIALIST GRADUATES:  You may keep your entire regalia package.
• DOCTORAL GRADUATES:  You may keep your cap/tam & tassel.  Your rental gown and rental hood must be returned immediately following the ceremony to the designated location.  Please be advised that you will be given the option to purchase your gown and/or hood at that time.

DEADLINE FOR ORDERING REGALIA ONLINE

• Online ordering will close at  11:59 PM CT on Monday, April 1, 2024.  After online ordering closes, students will need to visit the JSU Campus Store starting Monday, April 29, 2024, to purchase/rent their regalia.  An additional $25 late fee will be assessed after online ordering closes.

REFUND REQUEST DEADLINE

• Students may visit www.gradsupply.com/student-orders to request a refund before 11:59 PM CT on Tuesday, April 2, 2024.  After April 2, 2024, all regalia orders are final.

COMMENCEMENT

• GRADUATE COMMENCEMENT – Graduate Commencement is scheduled to take place on Friday, May 3, 2024, at 9:00 AM CT inside the Lee E. Williams Athletics and Assembly Center.
• UNDERGRADUATE COMMENCEMENT – Undergraduate Commencement is scheduled to take place on Saturday, May 4, 2024, at 9:00 AM CT inside the Mississippi Veterans Memorial Stadium.

REGALIA DISTRIBUTION

Bachelor/Master/Specialist Graduates

• IF YOU CHOOSE PICK-UP AT THE STUDENT CENTER:  Regalia distribution will take place on Monday, April 29 – Friday, May 3, 2024, at the Student Center.  
• IF YOU CHOOSE SHIP-TO-HOME: Your regalia order will be shipped during the week of April 10, 2024.

Doctoral Graduates

• Your regalia order will be available for pick-up on Monday, April 29 – Friday, May 3, 2024, at the Student Center.  

DOCTORAL GRADUATES – Due to the high cost of the custom doctoral regalia package, all doctoral orders are only eligible for PICK-UP AT THE STUDENT CENTER.  If you cannot make it to the student center during the dedicated pickup times listed above, please reach out to the JSU Campus Store to discuss options.

STUDENT REGALIA PRICES

All Student Regalia orders are non-refundable purchases after the April 2, 2024, refund request deadline.  The prices below do not reflect the additional $25 late fee that will be added to orders fulfilled after the Monday, April 1, 2024, ordering deadline or the $20.00 fee that will be added to SHIP-TO-HOME orders (bachelor/master/specialist only).

• BACHELOR PACKAGE – $60.00 incl. tax (custom keeper package – includes cap/tassel and gown)
• MASTER/SPECIALIST PACKAGE – $90.00 incl. tax (custom keeper package – includes cap/tassel, gown, and hood)
• DOCTORAL GRADUATES– You have a choice of  the following:
  • Rental Package with Mortarboard – $100.00 incl. tax (rental package – includes keeper cap/tassel, rental gown, and rental hood) or
  • Rental Package with Tam – $150.00 incl. tax (rental package – includes navy keeper tam w/gold bullion tassel, rental gown, and rental hood)
