I missed the deadline for ordering my regalia. What now? If you miss the deadline for online ordering, you may place your order, in person, at the USA Campus Bookstore on or after the scheduled distribution times. A $25 late fee will be assessed at this time. Your regalia will be available for pick up at that time if your order can be filled from available extras on hand. Please note that extra regalia quantities will be limited. If your order cannot be filled from extras on hand, then you will be provided with instructions for picking up your regalia at a later date.
I missed the deadline for ordering my regalia online, and I will not be on campus until the day of the ceremony. What now? Please arrive at your ceremony 1-2 hours prior to start time. USA Campus Bookstore representatives will be onsite with extra regalia several hours prior to the ceremonies as noted above. You will be required to provide your Jag # and valid ID in order to rent regalia at the ceremony. Representatives will provide you with instructions for paying your rental fees at that time. A hold will be placed on your student account until rental fees have been paid. The regalia return policy noted above will also apply.
IMPORTANT: Extra regalia sizes & quantities will be limited the day of the ceremony. Please make every possible effort to place your order online prior to the aforementioned deadlines.
I have submitted my order, but I made a mistake. How can I change my information? We strongly encourage participants to review their information before submitting their order. However, you may communicate any changes to your order by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. You will not be able to make changes to your order after the deadline for online ordering. However, you can notify a representative of any changes when you come to pick up your regalia. There will be (limited) extra regalia items on hand to make exchanges.
After submitting my order, I discovered that I will not be able to attend the ceremony. Can I get a refund? Yes. You may email email@example.com to request a refund up until the deadline for online ordering. Refunds will not be issued after the deadline for online ordering has passed.
I will not be available to pick up my regalia during the scheduled distribution times. What should I do?
Option 1: You may send a representative to pick up your regalia on your behalf at the USA Campus Bookstore during the scheduled distribution time. If your representative cannot pick up your regalia during the scheduled distribution time, then this person may stop by the USA Campus Bookstore and pick up your regalia up until Thursday the week of your ceremony. This person must present his/her valid ID AND a copy of your emailed order confirmation.
Option 2: You may pick up your regalia on the day of your ceremony. Please arrive 1-2 hours prior to the start of your ceremony to ensure adequate time for you to pick up and try on your rental.
May I keep my tassel? Yes, you may keep your cap and tassel as souvenir items. All gowns and hoods are rental items which must be returned to USA Bookstore representatives at the designated location immediately following the ceremony.
May I purchase my rental regalia? Please call the USA Campus Bookstore.
What happens if I do not return my rental regalia? Bookstore representatives will track regalia returns following the ceremonies. Any participants who do not return their regalia at that time will have a hold on their account and may be subject to penalty fees up to full replacement cost of the regalia.
