Doctoral Rental Packages*

Doctoral Graduates have two rental options for their regalia needs - A Ph.D. hood is shown for reference.

- Rental Package with Tam: Includes a Keeper Tam w/Gold Bullion Tassel, Rental Gown, and Degree Appropriate Rental Hood.
- Rental Package with Mortarboard: Keeper Mortarboard, Degree Appropriate Keeper Tassel, Rental gown, and Degree Appropriate Rental hood.

Both package prices include a pre-paid return shipping label and any applicable taxes. Please note: You will receive a $20 credit to the account you use below if you decide to drop your regalia off inside the USA Campus Bookstore by the December 29, 2023, deadline instead of using the return shipping label.

College of Medicine Rental Package*

Priority Orders (Orders placed on or before October 16, 2023)
- If you choose IN-STORE PICK UP: Your regalia order will be available for pick up starting November 1, 2023, in the USA Bookstore.
- If you choose Ship-TO-HOME: Your regalia order will be shipped during the week of October 25, 2023.

Standard Orders (Orders placed after October 16, 2023, but on or before November 6, 2023)
- If you choose IN-STORE PICK UP: Your regalia order will be available for pick up starting November 28, 2023, in the USA Bookstore.
- If you choose Ship-TO-HOME: Your regalia order will be shipped during the week of November 15, 2023.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: You are about to RENT academic regalia from Graduate Supply House, Inc. Students are allowed to retain their headwear (caps or tams) as souvenir items. All other items must be purchased through a special buy-out site after the ceremony or returned to either the USA Bookstore, located in the Student Center, or to Graduate Supply House, using the included pre-paid return shipping label, by December 29, 2023. Failure to return your rented items will prevent your diploma/transcripts from being mailed, and you may be subject to penalty fees up to full replacement cost of the regalia.
