CLASS OF 2020 RECOGNITION CEREMONY

• The Class of 2020 Recognition Ceremony will take place on October 1 at 5 p.m. in the USA Mitchell Center.  Please visit the USA Commencement Website for up-to-date information regarding the ceremony.  

COLLEGE OF NURSING CONVOCATION CEREMONY

• The College of Nursing Convocation Ceremony for Spring/Summer 2020 Graduates (Undergrad and Graduate) and Fall 2020 Graduate Students will take place on September 29 at 3 p.m. in the USA Mitchell Center.  

ONLINE ORDER DEADLINE

• Wednesday, September 1, 2021, at Midnight (12:00 AM CT) – If you miss this deadline, please visit our FAQ page for further instructions.

REFUND REQUEST DEADLINE:

• Students may visit www.gradsupply.com/student-orders to request a refund up until Midnight (12:00 AM CT) on Wednesday, September 1, 2021.  After September 1, 2021, all regalia purchases/rentals are non-refundable.

REGALIA DISTRIBUTION:

BACHELOR/MASTER/SPECIALIST GRADUATES AND POST-GRAD CERTIFICATE COMPLETERS:

• IF YOU  CHOOSE IN-STORE PICK UP:  Monday, September 20, 2021, through Wednesday, September 22, 2021,  from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM in the USA Bookstore – Please bring your student ID or driver’s license with you when you come to pick up your regalia.  If you have questions related to distribution, please visit our FAQ page.
• IF YOU CHOOSE SHIP-TO-HOME:  Your regalia order will be shipped to you during the week of September 20, 2021 .
• IF YOU DID NOT ORDER YOUR REGALIA BY THE SEPTEMBER 1, 2021, DEADLINE – You will need to visit the USA Bookstore starting September 20, 2021, to purchase your regalia from a limited number of extras.  A $25 late fee will be assessed at that time.

DOCTORAL GRADUATES:

• IF YOU ORDERED YOUR REGALIA BY THE SEPTEMBER 1, 2021, DEADLINE:  Starting Monday, September 20, 2021, in the USA Bookstore – Please bring your student ID or driver’s license with you when you come to pick up your regalia.  If you have questions related to distribution, please visit our FAQ page.
• IF YOU DID NOT ORDER YOUR REGALIA BY THE SEPTEMBER 1, 2021, DEADLINE – You will need to visit the USA Bookstore starting September 20, 2021, to rent your regalia from a limited number of extras.  A $25 late fee will be assessed at that time.
• NOTE: ALL DOCTORAL REGALIA RENTALS INCLUDE A PRE-PAID RETURN SHIPPING LABEL AND ARE DUE BACK TO EITHER GRADUATE SUPPLY HOUSE OR THE USA BOOKSTORE BY OCTOBER 13, 2021.  IF YOU DECIDE NOT TO USE THE PRE-PAID SHIPPING LABEL AND INSTEAD DROP YOUR REGALIA OFF INSIDE THE USA BOOKSTORE BY THE OCTOBER 13, 2021, DEADLINE YOU WILL BE CREDITED $15 BACK TO THE ACCOUNT YOU USED TO RENT YOUR REGALIA.

STUDENT REGALIA PRICES

All regalia orders are non-refundable purchases/rentals after the September 1, 2021, refund request deadline.    Prices below do not reflect the additional $25 late fee that will be added to orders placed after the September 1, 2021, deadline or the $15 shipping charge that will be added for SHIP-TO-HOME orders* 

• Bachelor – $57.20 (purchase – includes cap, gown, and tassel)
• Master/Specialist/Post-Grad Certificate – $107.80 (purchase – includes cap, gown, tassel, and hood)
• Doctoral Graduates – You have the choice of the following:
  • $125.00 (rental – includes keeper cap/tassel, rental gown, and rental hood) or
  • $191.00 (rental – includes keeper tam w/gold bullion tassel, rental gown, and rental hood)

* SHIP-TO-HOME option only available for bachelor/master/specialist/post-grad orders.  Doctoral regalia is not eligible for SHIP-TO-HOME.
