How long we retain your data

 

If you submit an order or contact us form, the submissions and their metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can provide additional customer service to any existing order/submitter should the need arise (e.g. – custom regalia/repeat order needed at a later time but customer doesn’t remember the sizing they used on their last order; customer cannot locate their submission info/receipt and need it for tax purposes; customer was referred to us by another wanting regalia similar to that person; etc….)

 

Website administrators are the only approved personnel that can see and edit that information.

 

 

What rights you have over your data

 

If you have placed an order or submitted a request this site you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
