FALL CEREMONIES

• University Commencement – The Fall 2024 Commencement Ceremony is scheduled to take place on Friday, December 13, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. in the USA Mitchell Center. Registration is required.  Please visit the university’s commencement site for more information by clicking here.
• College of Nursing – The College of Nursing’s Fall 2024 Convocation is scheduled to take place on Thursday, December 12, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. in the USA Mitchell Center.  Please visit the College of Nursing’s ceremony website by clicking here.  You may also contact Arnedra Wilson at aswilson@southalabama.edu if you have additional questions.
  

ONLINE ORDER DEADLINE

• • • PRIORITY DISTRIBUTION:  Monday, October 14, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. CT for distribution starting Wednesday, November 6, 2024.
    • STANDARD DISTRIBUTION:  Monday, November 11, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. CT for distribution starting Wednesday, December 4, 2024 – If you miss this deadline, please visit our FAQ page for further instructions.

REFUND REQUEST DEADLINE:

Graduates may click here to request a cancellation and refund of their order by the dates listed below.

• • • PRIORITY DISTRIBUTION ORDERS (Orders placed on or before October 14, 2024):  Wednesday, October 16, 2024, by 11:59 p.m. CT
    • STANDARD DISTRIBUTION ORDERS (Orders placed after October 14, 2024, but on or before November 11, 2024):  Wednesday, November 13, 2024, by 11:59 p.m. CT

REGALIA DISTRIBUTION:

PRIORITY DISTRIBUTION ORDERS – Orders placed on or before October 14, 2024

• • • IF YOU CHOOSE IN-STORE PICK UP:  Starting Wednesday, November 6, 2024, at 8:00 am inside the USA Campus Bookstore.  Please bring your student ID or driver’s license with you when you come to pick up your regalia.  If you have questions related to distribution, please visit our FAQ page.
    • IF YOU CHOOSE SHIP-TO-HOME:  Your regalia order will be shipped during the week of October 30, 2024.

STANDARD DISTRIBUTION ORDERS – Orders placed after October 14, 2024, but on or before November 11, 2024

• • • IF YOU CHOOSE IN-STORE PICK UP:  Starting Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at 8:00 am inside the USA Campus Bookstore.  Please bring your student ID or driver’s license with you when you come to pick up your regalia.  If you have questions related to distribution, please visit our FAQ page.
    • IF YOU CHOOSE SHIP-TO-HOME:  Your regalia order will be shipped during the week of November 20, 2024.

IF YOU DID NOT ORDER YOUR REGALIA BY THE NOVEMBER 11, 2024, DEADLINE:  You will need to visit/contact the USA Campus Bookstore starting December 4, 2024, to purchase your regalia from a limited number of extras.  A $25 late fee will be assessed at that time.

STUDENT REGALIA PRICES

All student regalia orders are non-refundable purchases/rentals after the refund request deadlines listed above.    Prices below do not reflect the additional $25 late fee that will be added to orders placed after the November 11, 2024, deadline or the $20 shipping charge that will be added for SHIP-TO-HOME orders* 

• Bachelor Regalia – $59.38 (purchase – includes cap, gown, and tassel)
• Master/Specialist/Post-Grad Certificate Regalia – $109.98 (purchase – includes cap, gown, tassel, and hood)
• Doctoral Regalia – You have a choice of the following:
  • $122.08 (purchase – includes cap/tassel, gown, and hood) or
  • $188.08 (purchase – navy tam w/gold bullion tassel, gown, and hood)
